Program Overview
The ¹ú²ú´«Ã½ Clara County Office of Education (SCCOE) Leaders in Education Administration Program (LEAP) prepares aspiring and current school leaders to create equitable, inclusive learning environments. Through a comprehensive curriculum that covers key areas such as visionary leadership, instructional practices, and​â¶Ä‹ community engagement, LEAP equips you with practical tools and strategies to lead schools successfully.
Whether you're advancing in your current role or transitioning into administration, this program offers hands-on learning, mentorship, and resources to help you thrive in a dynamic educational environment.
LEAP also supports professional growth through collaborative learning and real-world problem-solving. Participants work toward their
Preliminary Administrative Services Credential (PASC) and
Clear Administrative Services Credential (CASC), preparing for leadership roles in education. The program offers a pathway for educators looking to advance their careers while promoting equity and access for all students.
