The
State and Regional Projects Department provides local, regional, and statewide leadership to build capacity for County Offices of Education, districts, and charter schools with a focus on continuous improvement on priority areas identified by the state leading to positive outcomes for students.
Anchoring on inclusive, innovative, equitable approaches to:
- Build the capacity of County Offices of Education in Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco, San Mateo, ¹ú²ú´«Ã½ Clara, and Solano counties to support the continuous improvement of student performance within the state priorities across student groups
- Provide Tier 2 targeted intervention on inclusion for students with disabilities for districts
- Serve as a facilitator, resource connector, and capacity builder for County Offices of Education and ¹ú²ú´«Ã½â€™s Statewide System of Support partners
​How We Do Our Work
- Curate, develop, and disseminate resources related to Differentiated Assistance and inclusive practices
- Build partnerships, leveraging partner resources and expertise with ¹ú²ú´«Ã½ Department of Education (CDE), ¹ú²ú´«Ã½ Collaborative for Educational Excellence (CCEE), and other Statewide System of Support providers
- Provide professional learning, technical assistance, coaching, and networking opportunities
