is part of the Master Plan for Kids鈥� Mental Health, a historic investment by the State of 国产传媒 that takes a 鈥渨hole child鈥� approach to address the factors that contribute to the mental health and well-being of our children and youth.鈥� 

in collaboration with the Department of Managed Health Care (DMHC), will develop and maintain a multi-payer, school-linked statewide fee schedule for outpatient mental health or substance use disorder services provided to a student 25 years of age or younger at or near a school site. The goals of the CYBHI fee schedule as a sustainable funding source for school-linked behavioral health services include: increasing access to school-linked behavioral health services for children and youth; create a more approachable billing model for schools and local education agencies (LEAs); ease the burden related to contracting rate negotiation, and navigation across delivery systems; and reduce uncertainty around students鈥� coverage.
