Mount Wellness has partnered with YogaWorks to provide the Mount community access to more than 1,000 free online yoga classes. To sign up, visit and use your @msmu.edu email.
Classes range from short and simple meditations to one-hour sessions on pilates, cardio, pain relief and core exercises. The site’s signature Journey Series are collections of video sequences that target specific goals, such as a 28-day yoga challenge, a new year’s reboot, yoga for runners and athletes, and office yoga.
