Master's Degree in Education Programs
Our two master’s degrees for experienced teachers provide educators at every level of their career with the training and insight they need to bring about meaningful change to their schools and make a difference in the education of children and youth. Courses are offered on weekends and evenings to accommodate the demanding schedules of practicing teachers.

MS in Education: Instructional Leadership
The Instructional Leadership (IL) program prepares educators to become leaders on campus by cultivating their pedagogical and curriculum-development skills.

MS in Education: Individually Designed Program
The Individually Designed Program (IDP) affords teachers the flexibility to tailor their coursework to the needs and interests of students and their schools.
Need to clear your preliminary teaching credential?
We offer a one or two-year Induction program based on your teaching experience. Students also have the opportunity to concurrently enroll in the Instructional Leadership (IL) or Individually Designed Program (IDP) and the Induction program to clear their credentials.
