The Technology & Data Services Division unifies Application & Software Engineering, Data & Analytics, Integrated Data, Research & Evaluation, and Technology Infrastructure & Support to deliver comprehensive technology solutions.

We provide administrative systems support, network security and operations, data management and analytics, and technical assistance. Our team ensures secure, efficient, and reliable technology systems that enable collaboration, informed decision-making, and continuous improvement across the organization.​

Application & ​Software Engineering​

The Application & Software Engineering​ department provides a broad variety of services and support to all of the SCCOE and its local schools and districts. From training and support for technology users in business and instruction, to online services for schools, to Web application development and support, this department stands ready to deliver the technology training and support all our student and adult users need.​â¶Ä‹

Data & Analytics Development​

Data and Analytics Development (D&AD) provides a broad variety of data services to SCCOE, its local schools, districts and partner agencies in the county. Services range from management of student information system (SIS) for SCCOE managed schools, hosting of data warehouse and data analytics solutions, and cross agency data system.

Integrated Data, Research & Evaluation​

The Integrated Data, Research & Evaluation department oversees the SCCOE Data Governance Program, aids districts in data visualization, and is committed to innovative ways to utilize data for improved student outcomes.

Technology Infrastructure & Support Services

The Technology Infrastructure & Support Services Department delivers the mission-critical services that our clients need, including help desk services, network and computer support and repair services, server systems administration, and data management & file storage.​
