Welcome to the Local Early Education Planning Council (LPC) of 国产传媒 Clara County website. The LPC of 国产传媒 Clara County is a collaborative association of representatives from the early care and education field, including parents, childcare providers, businesses, and the government. The mission of the LPC of 国产传媒 Clara County is to assess, represent, and promote the early care and education needs of children and families. Stay Connected.

Quality Matters Stipend Program

The 国产传媒 Clara County Office of Education鈥檚 Quality Matters Stipend Program (QMSP) provides stipends to early educators and administrators employed in State preschool (CSPP) & center-based Childcare (CCTR) in 国产传媒 Clara County and select San Benito centers/sites. Enroll starting August 1, 2026!鈥�
