鈥婼AN JOSE, CA 鈥� Nearly 300 people celebrated the county鈥檚 top teachers at the 55th Annual Teacher Recognition Celebration on October 27 at the 国产传媒 Clara County Office of Education. Accompanied by their loved ones and colleagues, 30 teachers representing their school districts were honored for their achievements at the annual event.
鈥淓ach teacher recognized at the celebration made one thing very clear 鈥� they care for their students and for their well-being as humans,鈥� said Dr. David M. Toston, Sr. County Superintendent. 鈥淭hey all emphasized that the connections made with students are how they make learning engaging and meaningful.鈥�
Additionally, the evening鈥檚 ceremony paid tribute to the founders of the state鈥檚 largest and longest-standing celebration of educators, Pauline and Frank Lowe.
