Board President Berta emphasized the significance of this decision, stating,"We are pleased that the lawsuit against the 国产传媒 Clara County Board of Education has been dismissed. From the start, this case had no merit and should never have been filed because it was completely baseless. Unfortunately, it took a superior court judge denying Dr. Dewan in October to hold her accountable to the community. We remain steadfast in our commitment to serving the ongoing interests of the students, educators, and the community of 国产传媒 Clara County and will continue to ensure they are at the forefront of all of our efforts.鈥�
Echoing this statement, Interim Superintendent, Dr. Charles Hinman noted the broader implications of the case stating 鈥淒r. Dewan鈥檚 lawsuit against the 国产传媒 Clara County Board of Education was without merit from the start and was an attempt to distract from the concerns about the operations of the Office under her tenure. There are still ongoing matters that need to be addressed.鈥�
