Thanks to the efforts of our university and external events staff and our web services team, Mount Saint Mary鈥檚 new University Events Calendar is now live. The calendar is a great way to stay up to date on events taking place throughout the year.

鈥淭he University Events Calendar has been a great tool for the office of undergraduate admission to get more of the community to hear about our recruitment events,鈥� says Kate Tidwell, admissions events manager. 鈥淲e are having people see our events who normally wouldn鈥檛 have access to them, just by a simple visit to the main page. As an events manager, it is crucial to be able to upload events quickly and efficiently, and this platform does just that.鈥� 

Viewers can see all calendar entries, or filter events by following categories: alumnae; career services; conference/workshops; spiritual life/community engagement; sports and wellness; student life; and featured events. It鈥檚 also possible to have event updates, information and reminders sent to you via email or text and to forward event information to others.

For those of you who are holding events, remember to list them on the events calendar so that current and prospective students, alums, faculty and staff can learn, engage and stay connected to our Mount community.
