Biography

Dr. Stephanie Saito is an Assistant Professor and the Director of Clinical Education in the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. The goals of this role are to develop relationships with clinical and community partners, and assist students in obtaining meaningful clinical education experiences in a variety of settings while meeting the expectations of clinical education.  Dr. Saito’s clinical background is in orthopedic physical therapy. She graduated from the University of California Los Angeles with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and from the University of Southern California with a DPT.  She completed an orthopedic residency at HealthCare Partners Medical Group (now OPTUM).  At HealthCare Partners mentored students and residents, and was a clinic supervisor then manager before joining Mount Saint Mary’s University full-time.
