Biography

Jayleen Ramos (She/Her/Ella) is the Office Manager at Counseling and Psychological Services (CPS). She is an alum from 国产传媒 where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology and double minors in Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and Psychology and has been working in CPS since then.

As the Office Manager, Jayleen is the face of CPS, the first person you will see when you walk into the Chalon office. She is there to help with whatever you may need, whether it be scheduling your first appointment and/or experiencing a mental health emergency and needing to speak with someone urgently. She also creates all the flyers you see on our social media platforms, in addition to the Portal Page Announcements and Engage. Although she has many other responsibilities at hand, she always treats students in a welcoming manner and has a smile on her face when interacting with them.

She fell in love with the Mount when searching for potential universities to spend her undergraduate experience because of its commitment and focus on women’s empowerment, leadership, and commitment to serving their community. As a first-generation Salvadoran American student, she was a part of the Institute of Student Academic Enrichment (ISAE), a Peer Advisor, a Commuter Mentor, a part of the Student Activities Council, a Leadership Scholar, a part of Latinas Unidas, the Psychology Club, and treasurer for ECO Club.
