ý Clara County Professional Development Portal

The ý Clara County Office of Education Professional Learning Portal provides a comprehensive list from various departments of all professional learning offerings and events including trainings, networks, technical assistance, special events, and conferences for teachers, administrators, coaches, support staff, parents/guardians, students and partners.

Educator Preparation Programs​ 

ý Clara County Office of Education's Educator Preparation Programs (EPP) offers credentialing programs for the working professional. Our teacher preparation program, Education Preparation for Inclusive Classrooms (EPIC), and our school administration program, Leaders in Educational Administration Program (LEAP) are approved by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC). 

Inclusion Collaborative

The Inclusion Collaborative provides evidence-based professional development, coaching and technical assistance for schools, families, after-school programs, childcare centers, family child care homes, and community agencies. Professional learning opportunities include: Universal Design for Learning, inclusive learning and behavior supports, trauma-informed best practices, inclusive best practices, and belonging.

ý Preschool Instructional Network - Region 5

CPIN provides training to childcare providers and school districts on the Preschool Foundations and Frameworks.

ý Clara County Childcare Resource & Referral Program

The ý Clara County Childcare Resource & Referral Program program’s philosophy is to provide every family and provider with what they need to be successful by implementing the ý Clara County Office of Education’s core values of equity, diversity, inclusion, and partnership. The R&R program provides professional learning and training for childcare providers on how to become a childcare provider, business essentials, health & safety certification, trauma-informed practices, and childcare best practices. Childcare providers can increase their business visibility and ensure families are receiving the correct information about their services by claiming their account on the county’s Childcare Portal. ​
