   <a href="/ilid/Pages/default.aspx" target="_blank">Instruction, Leadership and Innovation Division</a>&#160;​â¶Ä‹is to help teachers, coaches, and administrators to understand and be able to deliver high quality instruction in order to prepare all students to develop 21st century language and literacy skills cross the content areas, and to create opportunities for students to become biliterate and multiliterate. We also emphasize closing the achievement gap for over 58,000 English learners who make up 22% of the total student population in ¹ú²ú´«Ã½ Clara County. Our goal is to help prepare future citizens who are ready for college, careers, civic life, and beyond. We build capacity of educators through professional learning, technical assistance, networking, and other resources. We are highly committed to serving schools and districts.       <a href="/sclis/access/Pages/default.aspx">Access for All</a> is a comprehensive multi-year professional learning system to build the capacity of districts and school sites for academic and language success of English learners in the 21st century classroom. </p></span>

   <a href="/sclis/aapi/Pages/default.aspx" target="_blank">Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Educators Network </a></h3><p>
   <a href="/sclis/aapi/Pages/default.aspx" target="_blank">AAPI Network</a> objectives are to&#58; provide professional networking opportunities for AAPI educators, l<span>earn about trending topics related to AAPI students and educators, 
      <span>discuss issues and challenges related to AAPI students and educator</span>s, and 
      <span>encourage AAPI educators to aim for leadership roles.</span></span></p><h3><a href="/sclis/mla/Pages/gep.aspx" target="_blank">Global Exchange Program​</a></h3><p style="font-size&#58;16px;">The <a href="/sclis/mla/Pages/gep.aspx">Global Exchange Program</a> is a partnership between the ¹ú²ú´«Ã½ Clara County Office of Education, ¹ú²ú´«Ã½ Valley Education Foundation (SveF), a ¹ú²ú´«Ã½ Clara County school, and an international school for the purpose of increasing the skill set of students to use technology effectively while experiencing Global Education through engagement in Project-Based Learning (PBL), Science Technology Engineering Mathematics (STEM), and language development. This online program is available for elementary school students.<span style="font-size&#58;1rem;">​â¶Ä‹</span></p><span><h3>
      <a href="/sclis/sealofbiliteracy">Seal of Biliteracy</a>&#160;<br></h3>
   <p>The ¹ú²ú´«Ã½ Clara County Office of Education has launched the 
      <a href="/sclis/sealofbiliteracy">Seal of Biliteracy initiative</a>.
