   <strong>​​​​​​​​​​​Business, Facilities, &amp; Operations Division </strong>is SCCOE's financial and assets manager and the school districts' business support office. In addition to our mandated services of school district budget review and pupil attendance accounting, we help school districts save money by providing such regionalized services as payroll processing, data compilation, and cooperative buying.<br></p><ul class="servicesList"><li><h3> District Business&#160;&amp; Advisory Services</h3>
      <a href="/depts/bizserv/DBAS">District Business &amp; Advisory Services</a> provides a full range of business services to all school districts and related educational entities in the county. </li><li><h3> Internal Business Services </h3>
      <a href="/depts/bizserv/ibs">Internal Business Services</a> is comprised of the Budget Office and&#160;Accounting Services.&#160; Internal Business Services ensures that SCCOE is in compliance with federal and state requirements, education codes, and SCCOE policies and procedures, and maintains fiscal solvency.​​​​<br></li><li><h3> General Services </h3>
      <a href="/depts/bizserv/general-services/Pages/default.aspx"><span>General Services</span></a>&#160;supervises, manages and directs the daily operations of all aspects of General Services, including transpotation; facilities and construction;&#160;and coordinating facility maintenance.</li><li><h3> Payroll Services</h3>
      <a href="/depts/bizserv/Pages/payroll.aspx">Payroll Services</a> is responsible for paying the 1,600-plus salaried and 430-plus substitute employees who work for the SCCOE.</li><li><h3> Purchasing Services</h3>
      <a href="/depts/bizserv/purchasing">Purchasing Services</a> provides centralized procuring services and support to the County Office, school districts, and other educational agencies within Ήϊ²ϊ΄«Γ½ Clara County.</li><li><h3>
